Baby shower is a much awaited moment in a woman’s life. Not only she enjoys the proceedings, she and her pending child is bestowed with lots of love and best wishes of elders and friends.
Apart from the rituals various games are also played in baby shower to entertain the pregnant woman and relieve her of the impending tension of child birth which is peeping in her mind most of the time.
Usually male members are not involved in baby showers and mostly restricted to female members of the house. But with the change of time, modern women want to share every emotion in welcoming the new member in family with her partner.
1. Male members may be given a challenge to dress up a soft toy like a baby, so as to test his skills in managing a baby when its born. It would be fun.
2. The father of the would be baby may be given a task of preparing a shopping list for his baby without anyones help. He will surely overlook some important items. As a punishment he may be asked to prepare a special dish for the pregnant woman.
3. An antaksari i.e. a game of songs may be arranged where only lullabies are allowed.
4. Women may mix their loops and bangles and ask male members to separate those properly.
